Nov 2008. Now im not mach of a dancer but ive been avin a go and grace and jade av taught me some moves and ive done a bit of breakin wiv joe AKA unique. well i went to pontins in the summer and won the dance contest , so i decide to go to finals weekend for a break not expecting to even make it passed the heats!! and i only went and won the whole thing!!! i won the 11-14 years national freestyle dance champion!! I did some street moves and some breakin mixed wiv a bit of martial arts and some trickin and they loved it. i won a nice trophy and a hundred pounds and got to meet "kirk" from coronation street who was judging and JD Omari and the floor crusaders who are a breakin troup. wot a top weekend!! iwill add some pics soon on Pontins Dance champion page
22nd nov. travelled to maidenhead to attend neville wrays cimac super league fite nite. I collected two awards for winning the cimac super league grand championship in weapons and freestyle. had a great nite and loved watching sam win the forms showdown, well dun sam ..
nov 2008. Team fusion once again performed a seminar for master st james black belt academy in plymouth, we had a lovely weekend and were treated wonderfully by our friends in plymouth, hope to see u all again soon

sept 7th 2008. competed in the Cimac super league in maidenhead. I won gold in weapons and creative. had a really nice day.

6th july 2008. cimac world cup international. what a great day, a brill comp with loads of good competitiors , tough sections -16 boys and girls mixed. i got a silver in weapons and a bronze in creative and had a fantastic day with my friends , jack and hannah u 2 are awesome..
21st June 2008. Today I passed my 2nd dan black belt grading. It was tough work but I did it and im really happy . My friend Ruby also did her 2nd dan and Hannah got her 1st dan, well done Hannah your a black belt now!! and you soooooooooo deserve it.
Yesterday i competed in the schools district athletics championships. I did long jump and I won gold. Then we did the relay, I ran the final leg, all team members ran realy well and we won the silver medal.
14th june 2008. I have just been with some other members of team fusion, chloe ,grace ,sam, jade and me, to plymouth in devon to do a seminar at master st james black belt academy. We had a really lovely day and every one at the seminar was really nice. Master st james was really good to us and I look forward to going back again and seeing everyone.thankyou.
June 2008. I have just got back from Italy, I competed in the Wako world cup bestfighter tournament. It was huge!!!. I had a fantastic time and I won 2 golds!!. My friend Ruby done brill and got 2 golds aswell. Sam and chloe also got golds and sam won loads of money in the grand championships.It was an amazing weekend.see pictures on new page.. bestfigter pics
tuesday 27th may 2008. I went to london with fusion members chloe grace sam and jade and we performed in covent garden we got a really big crowd and they cheered loads. we gonna perform there again in the summer. i had a good time and im not even scared of the underground anymore.lol....
wow!! what a weekend. been to sheffield for judgement day and it was amazing... the standard was really high with all the top teams and competitiors from the uk and europe. I got silver in creative and weapons and was really pleased. I also performed in team fusion team form for the first time,, it was great and we got really big chears. I had such a good time with all the rest of the team and i love them all !!!!!!!!. then we went to alton towers and had an amazing day. me and jack and hannah even went on oblivion!!!!! and rita queen of speed.... i had the best weekend ever. x
april 2008. travelled to london to the excell exhibition centre for this years seni martial arts show. I was competing in the seni freestyle open tournament. I won gold in both my sections , creative and weapons. and the whole team had a great day out.
April 20th 2008. Yesterday I competed in the CIMAC Superleague in maidenhead. I was a bit nervous as i was doing my new form for the first time! But it went great, I landed my round off flash kick perfectly and i won gold. I also took the gold in the weapons section. And a big well done to my best bud hannah she was competing in weapons for the first time ever and she did brill and got a third place, so proud of ya!!!
April 6th 08. travelled to the west midlands to compete in the WAKO midlands open. had lots of fun, won gold and had a great day with my friends

March 9th 2008. ISKA world qualifiers . I travelled to Birmingham to compete and i Got Gold in my weapons plus two silvers for creative and korean. And I had a really nice day with my friends!!
March 7th 2008. A clip of my perfomance at the WAKO british championships has just been shown on the Disney Channel. YAY!!

On 7th Jan 2008, I travelled to Hemel Hempstead with the rest of team Fusion to compete in "THE WON". We all had a great day, I won two Golds, creative and weapons. Every member of the team won something so it was a real success.

On 7th October 2007 I competed in the last super league event of the year in Dorking I did really well and got two golds and a bronze. and I had a good day with my friend Jack.
on the 30th september 2007 I competed in the S Factor world martial arts championships in london. I won gold in all three of my sections

last weekend i competed in the cimac superleague uk open championships in maidenhead, I won the creative and the weapons sections and took silver in the traditional kata, i was really pleased with this as i was competing with new forms for the first time.
August o7. I have just competed in a heat of the robinsons froot shoot search for a star talent competition. I won my heat and now i get to compete at the national finals in Wales in december, I cant wait it should be great fun!!!!
May 2007. I have just competed in the London Open martial arts tournament. I won gold in weapons and silver in traditional, this was a great competition and really well run
May 2007, I have just returned from scotland where I competed in the European Tang Soo Do championships in Inverness, I had a great weekend and won silver in the weapons section, and had a brill day out in Loch Ness!!
29th April 2007. today I competed in the Judgement Day tournament in Sheffield , this was a huge international tournament with a very high standard and large number of competitors. I did my best and was able to get a 2nd in creative and a 3rd in weapons , I was very pleased to achieve these as last year I never got placed at this tournament so I must be getting better!!!

March 25th 2007. Today I competed in th W.K.A. national championships in manchester. It was a very long day, up at 4am and not home till the next day at 1am!!!!
I had a good day though, 3 gold and 1 silver, so thats 3 more british titles taking my total to 10.

I travelled to Windsor and competed in the Cimac superleague, this was a really great , well organised competition and I had a lovely day. I won gold in traditional forms and creative weapons, and I won silver in creative open hand.
Nov 06 I have just returned from Spain where I competed as part of the England squad at the WKA world championships, I had a great time and managed to win bronze in all four of my sections. see my spain page for pictures.
28th October 2006, today I competed in the British Tang soo do championships in Manchester,I had a lovely time and managed to win both my sections, Traditional forms and weapons.
October 15th . Welsh national martial arts championships,
today I won 2 silver and 1 bronze in this competition, and then got stuck in a huge traffic jam! 7 hours to get home!!

on the 6th august 2006 I went to guildford and competed in the combat champions league , I came second in the weapons with music catagory.
